At YOLO Catering, we’re committed to providing high-quality food and service. If something isn’t right, we want to make it better.

Eligibility for Refund, Replacement or Store Credit

We offer refunds or replacements if:

  • The goods or services you received are faulty, damaged in transit, or not delivered as per your confirmed order.

  • The product is not fit for purpose or is not of acceptable quality under Australian Consumer Law.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if the incorrect item was ordered.

  • Where the issue is considered minor and does not significantly affect the overall order, we may issue a Store Credit instead of a full refund or replacement.

Our Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that our products:

  • Are of acceptable quality — safe, fresh, free from defects, and suitable for consumption.

  • Match the description provided, although slight variations in presentation may occur due to our handmade preparation process.

Store Credit Terms

If a Store Credit is issued:

  • It cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • It must be used within 3 years of issue.

  • It must be used for a similar item or service (no swaps for different types of offerings).

  • Full value must be used in one transaction — partial use is not permitted.

  • It is non-transferable between customers or businesses.

  • Once used, credits cannot be reinstated.

How to Request a Refund, Replacement or Credit

To request a refund or credit:

  1. Email us at yolocafe.bookings@gmail.com.

  2. Subject line: “Refund or Credit – [Your Business Name]”.

  3. Submit your request within 24 hours of the order date.

  4. Include:

    • Order details (invoice/order number).

    • A description of the issue.

    • Supporting images if relevant.

We’ll assess your request as quickly as possible and work with you to resolve the issue.
